Angela Meyer works at the intersection of business and design.

I am a business consultant and designer with experience in strategy and planning, service design, information design, education, and design research. Currently based in Sydney, I have spent the past decade practicing, learning and pushing the boundaries of design by working with corporate, government, and nonprofit clients to invent new human-centred approaches to business problems and customer experience.


As an independent design consultant, I focus on helping businesses and organisations develop the products, tools, and competencies they need to transform customer and stakeholder experience. I offer design services and expertise in management education, business and service design, team facilitation, project planning, and design research.


At 2nd Road, a design and management consulting firm in Sydney, Australia, I worked with some of Australia’s largest companies and government agencies in the areas of strategy and service design. Prior to this, I worked in the US as a researcher at Carnegie Mellon University, managing a large-scale systems design project for the US Postal Service. I am motivated by the challenge of taking design into organisational contexts and making design accessible and effective for business clients.
